FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if the event is cancelled due to Covid-19?

We had a successful Event in 2021 and therefore are happy that our Covid-19 mitigation processes are robust and practical. Should the event be cancelled all camping fees will be deferred to the next year or fully refunded on request.

How will you manage the event during a Covid-19 pandemic?

We will adhere to the guidelines and statutory requirements in relation to the Covid-19. People not adhering to the protocols will be required to leave. We will have a fun and interesting Healing Weekend which will be safe for all.

How do we get to the Healing Weekend venue?

We provide a shuttle bus to the event during the day and in the evening. Secret World is about 5 minutes away and the shuttle is active during the day and evening.
